This mixed media/collage/do what you want group meets between 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Mondays.You can “drop in” whenever you want.

Some participants in the groups have enjoyed trying new "altered art" media.
Artist Trading Cards have grown to an international craze since their origin in Switzerland in 1997.They are miniature works of art, often made with collage techniques.But you don’t have to be an artist to enjoy making them—the only rule is that they must be 2.5” x 3.5”, standard trading card size.People are making, collecting, and trading them at “swaps.” You’re not having fun yet if you haven’t made one!
Altered Books are another “any-one-can-do-it” art form that is enjoying popularity.Regular books are recycled by painting or embellishing pages, covering or enhancing existing test, collaging, stamping, antiquing, adding poetry, quotations, memorabilia, fabric, tokens, etc.Altered books may reflect a theme, or serve as a journal or inspiration log.
